9 Things You Can Do Everyday :)

For this blog I chose the experiment "Nine Things You Can Do Every Day - Even When You Can't Do Anything Else". In this experiment she picks nine things that she can do every day to make her day a little more positive. I thought this experiment would be worth trying because it was something that if successful I could continue to do even after the assignment was due. My nine things that I did everyday to make my day more positive were:
  1. Made my bed
  2. Eating breakfast
  3. Calling my little sister, because she always makes me smile :)
  4. Walking to class, instead of bumming rides.
  5. KEEP UP WITH MY READINGS (helps with my stress levels)
  6. Use white strips before I go to bed
  7. Turn off the TV to eat my meals
  8. Light candles, because they make me happy
  9. Whenever I got super stressed I always have a back up bottle of bubbles, because it's impossible for me to be mad when I'm blowing bubbles (especially if its the scented kind:) )
I did have positive results for this assignment. I think its because I went out of my way to do things that I knew were just for my own well-being. I will definitely continue this for as long as I can.
