- Made my bed
- Eating breakfast
- Calling my little sister, because she always makes me smile :)
- Walking to class, instead of bumming rides.
- KEEP UP WITH MY READINGS (helps with my stress levels)
- Use white strips before I go to bed
- Turn off the TV to eat my meals
- Light candles, because they make me happy
- Whenever I got super stressed I always have a back up bottle of bubbles, because it's impossible for me to be mad when I'm blowing bubbles (especially if its the scented kind:) )
I did have positive results for this assignment. I think its because I went out of my way to do things that I knew were just for my own well-being. I will definitely continue this for as long as I can.
