I also liked the one that listed 9 things you can do everyday. Because I felt they are really easy to-do things, very small but important things that can increase happiness. I made my own list of things, and they are 5 things instead of nine:
1. Get up reasonably early to eat breakfast before I go to class
2. Try to talk to a friend that I do not know anything for a while (try to call, text)
3. Organize something that needs to be organized, like some documents on my computer, music, photos, etc.
4. Have a break from school stuff, and watch a funny video or movie or show, without trying to do homework at the same time.
5. Go to bed earlier, I find it really hard to get up in the mornings because I usually go to bed really late, and I feel tired.
I tried doing these things for a few days, and it looks like its working, I do feel happier especially at the end of the day when I think what I did during the day. I would like to continue doing this, I might actually change the things so that it is more interesting and I do not get used to after a while.
