The past week has been pretty treacherous; between the different organizational meetings, classes, work, and homework, a life 'burn-out' must soon be coming (3rd week of school, this is not a good sign).

However, the other day I got together with a friend I had not seen for a few months (he graduated) and we talked about an hour or so, and ended up giving me some solid advice and council on a few situations. It is interesting how hearing someone else saying the same thing you've been thinking can reassure you.

Because of that conversation, I really did feel re-energized/motivated to knock out an Econometrics assignment and some readings for some other classes. Although I haven't gotten my grade back on the assignment yet, as it is due next Tuesday, I felt more concentrated going into the assignment and more confident in my answers, as well as more focused when I as studying.

If I mixed social activities between homework and activities outside of school, I think it would defiantly help balance my concentration when trying to perform tasks.

  1. I think the mixing of the two would be a great idea. I kinda try to do that but fail most of the time so if you figure otu how to be consistent with that please let me know.
