Wake Up.

Making a to do list is something I do whenever I am overwhelmed. The lists help me to concentrate on completing one task at a time as opposed to getting flustered and trying to take on too many objectives at once. What was new to me however, was putting smaller things on the list like "get out of bed". I'll admit, I felt pretty silly checking off waking up but when I looked back at my list I realized that even my small accomplishments are just that -- they are accomplishments. I think that goal setting is beneficial to me because it gives me a sense of direction and pride.
