List Lady

I do set goals, but mostly long-term. My short-term goals are more just about getting things done on time and getting by from week to week. I make lists all the time, on what to do or what I need to take home or bring back here. I actually made a to-do list for this weekends homework and I feel as though it has helped me see things clearly and not feel so overwhelmed. I did not really get the whole crossing out "get out of bed" thing down because it wasn't habit. I would cross it out eventually just not right away. I think this is an excellent way of setting goals because once it is all laid out there it seems simple and possible. Also, for me anyway, crossing something off your list can give you such a sense of accomplishment. Sometimes I have to make a list so I'll get things done. There are tedious things that I only get done with the motivation of being able to cross it off my list. Lists=Awesome
