Food for Thought

I came across this article, and I thought I should share it with everyone. Its a blog and Kristen Armstrong is an exceptionally thoughtful writer and I really enjoy reading her posts.

    I am so glad you put this up to read. I loved her writing, so creative and thoughtful! I also love what she did. I always try to go out of my way to do little things for others, but sometimes in all the shuffle I can forget. This was a great reminder. I also thought that what she did definitely was a way to induce positive emotion. It was so inspiring to read how she had changed her day around by doing things for others. Thanks Again, I think I will follow her posts from now on!

  4. I liked her decision. There are sometimes when the funk she is talking about hits and if you don't decide to handle it like this you do spend a signiificant amount of time focusing on the 'funk' itself and this demands a lot of energy. I will have to give this a try.
